In these photographs, the patient had not previously undergone any cosmetic/plastic surgery. As evident in the frontal view photograph (left), the patient had an uncorrected broken nose.

Reduction (advancement) of the scalp hairline forward, forehead lift, and reconstruction (osteotomy) of the anterior (air sinus) wall with titanium microplates and screws set to a posterior position ( Forehead III ).
RECONSTRUCTIVE RHINOPLASTY/ALARPLASTY (PROCEDURE III) UPPER LIP LIFT
Breaking of nose and resetting of bony pyramid (osteotomy), reduction of cartilage, narrower positioning of nostrils, development of an upturned tip for a juvenile effect, and reduction of distance between nose to top lip
