Reduction (advancement) of the scalp hairline forward, forehead lift, and reconstruction (osteotomy) of the anterior (air sinus) wall with titanium microplates and screws set to a posterior position ( Forehead III ).

 

RECONSTRUCTIVE RHINOPLASTY/ALARPLASTY (PROCEDURE III)
UPPER LIP LIFT

 

Breaking of nose and resetting of bony pyramid (osteotomy), reduction of cartilage, narrower positioning of nostrils, development of an upturned tip for a juvenile effect, and reduction of distance between nose to top lip


REMARKS

These procedures were undergone in 09 January 2003 with Suporn Watanyusakul MD at Aikchol Hospital in Chonburi, Thailand. Previously in May 2002, the patient had come for AM and SRS
