In May 2001, the patient underwent the following procedures:

FOREHEAD CONTOURING (PROCEDURE I)
FOREHEAD LIFT

Lift to raise/arch the eyebrows and reshape the eyes, together with shaving of the brow bossing.

FEMINIZING RHINOPLASTY / ALARPLASTY (PROCEDURE I)

Reduction of the bone and cartilage, narrower positioning of nostrils, and development of an upturned tip for a juvenile effect.

REDUCTION (PROCEDURE I & II) JAW
REDUCTION (PROCEDURE I & II) CHIN

Cutting/shaving of the jaw line and chin + contouring by a hard silicone implant.

THYROID CARTILAGE REDUCTION (TCR)

Cutting/shaving of the Adams Apple cartilage
