Dates in GREEN boxes are specific for *** SDV = Shallow-Depth Vaginoplasty or Zero-Depth Vaginoplasty *** ONLY. Please do not request one of these dates if you would like to have our standard SRS or Full Depth Vaginoplasty.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING REQUEST:

• We will post our availability from JANUARY to APRIL 2027 for surgery with Dr. Bank and from MAY to AUGUST 2026 for surgery with Dr. Prae on Friday, 16 January 2026 at 11.00am in the morning, Thai time.
• We will accept reservation requests from 11.00am on 16 January to 11.59pm on 18 January 2026, Thai time. You have 3 days to request your date. Please feel free to send your request at your own convenience. It is not a first-come, first-serve.
• For clients with client profile submitted and approved in 2024, your profile is no longer stored in our record. Please resubmit your client profile within 12 January 2026, Thai time. You may update your existing file and resend us OR fill-in a new client profile with your latest information. You can download a new client profile from https://supornclinic.com/surgery-protocols/
• For new clients, your client profile must be reviewed and approved by the medical team before you can reserve the date. If you have not submitted your client profile, please send us your client profile within 12 January 2026, Thai time. You can download the new client profile from https://supornclinic.com/surgery-protocols/
• You can let us know if you would like to request a date for surgery with Dr. Bank or with Dr. Prae. You may say any surgeon if you have no preference. If no specific surgeon is requested, we will randomly assigned for you. Please note that switching surgeon is not allowed after the date is confirmed.
• You can inform us your preferred dates, or you can give us a range of your date, or you can say any date in March (for example), or any date available. You can be as specific as you want. Please make sure that we can understand your preference and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Please use the same email address that you used when you sent us your client profile to reserve the date. Your record is tied to that email address. If you send us your request with a different email address, we may not recognize you. Please do not attempt to use multiple emails with multiple profiles that all belong to you to request the date, if found, you will be deemed to have your date cancelled on your own volition.
• Please do not send your client profile with your email to request the date. If you wish to update your client profile, please do so before 12 January 2026. A request sent with client profile in attachment will be forwarded to the medical team for approval instead of the reservation team.
• Please send ONE email only. If you send us multiple emails, we will consider a message in your last email. Any mail sent before we update our availability will not be considered. – Please send your email after you see BLUE & PURPLE boxes appears on all our available dates from January to April 2027.
• We reserve the right to give priority of date allocation to prospective clients who never receive an offer or a provisionally offer from us. If you have received an offer from us in the past, either last-minute offer or regular offer, but you did not reply or you decided to decline the offer or you have previously cancelled a confirmed date, your request will be assigned as second priority. If you do not intend to accept the offer, please do not apply.
• Our team will reply to your request within Wednesday, 21 January 2026, Thai time, to confirm that your request is already logged in our record. If you do not hear back from us by 6.00pm, Thai time, on Wednesday, 21 January 2026, please contact us. 
• For successful clients, you will receive your confirmation from 23 January to 6 February 2026. We expect to gradually send out confirmation throughout the weeks. Your provisionally reserved date is non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to amend the regulations, conditions, and details of our reservation process without advance notice.  In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right of the final interpretation and final decision of the regulations, conditions, and details governing our reservation process.
