Hotel Accommodation

The Mercure Hotel is an internationally recognized hotel situated about 200 metres from Dr Suporn's Clinic.

Patients are normally accommodated in the Mercure Hotel prior to surgery, and for most of their recovery period in Thailand once they have left hospital after surgery. Patients are free to locate elsewhere (but we advise that they remain within reasonable reach of our nursing staff). However, in our experience about 90% prefer to remain at the Mercure for the duration of their stay in Thailand with us.

We are not agents for the Mercure Hotel chain nor associated in any way with them , but our continued presence and patronage enables us to obtain extremely attractive and competitive rates on behalf of our patients. As a result, patients do not need to make their own arrangements for accommodation in the Mercure Hotel for themselves or for their travel companions . We provide that service automatically once a patient has scheduled for surgery and given us information regarding the time they intend to stay in Thailand, and who will be accompanying them during their stay with us.

Presently the daily rate (1st Jan 2006) is 1310 Baht (around $33 US) per night for one person, or 1470 Baht ($37 US) for 2 persons sharing
